What to Bring

Weather Policy
Tours operate rain or shine. Cancellations only for severe weather conditions.
Check-In
First Come, First Serve
Boarding and seating is on a first come, first serve basis. Seating is not guaranteed with a general admission ticket and can only be secured with an upgraded ticket; explore our ticket (upgrade options) for more information.
Queue Times
Trust us, we do not want you waiting for us. Our boarding begins 15 minutes prior to departure time. We recommend an arrival time of at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled departure. If any adverse weather is present, we will do our best to get you on the boat as soon as we can.
Upgraded Ticket Holders
MoonLight crew will direct VIP and Premier Ticket holders to a priority boarding line, where VIP holders will receive wristbands to collect their package upgrades on board.
Strollers
To enhance our guest experience, permittance of strollers are at the sole discretion of the MoonLight's Captain and crew and is not guaranteed to be allowed onboard. Strollers can be left at the boarding gate on the pier for the duration of the cruises. The operating company, vessel and crew will not be held responsible for any personal belongings left on the pier.
Local Weather
Unfortunately we aren't in Miami, so please be mindful of local weather and prepare accordingly. Keep in mind, during your time in queue, we cannot promise total cover from the elements.
No Statue of Liberty Access
While NYSea Cruises and the MoonLight do not offer ferry service to the Statue of Liberty, our sightseeing cruises will bring you within a few hundred feet of this iconic landmark, providing ample opportunity to capture stunning photos from all angles.
Enhanced Security
As part of our boarding process, we may randomly verify passengers' identities and screen passengers and their belongings. Refusal to comply with these security measures will result in denial of boarding.
Bring an Appetite
All of our cruises are accompanied with fun snacks, light bites, a fully stocked bar and souvenirs all available for purchase at our full service café.
