Cancellation Policy

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Company Cancellations

NYSea Cruises reserves the right to cancel a cruise due to adverse weather, safety concerns to our passengers, not enough passenger bookings or any other reason that NYSea Cruises may find it necessary to cancel a cruise. In the rare event where a cruise must be canceled by NYSea Cruises, ticket holders will have the option to reschedule for a different time or date (subject to availability), receive credit for a future date, or receive a full refund.

Customer Cancellations

Unless NYSea Cruises cancels an event, all ticket sales are non-transferable and non-refundable.

If a ticket holder must needs to cancel their reservation, a full refund will be issued only if cancellation is completed at least 24 hours before the initial boarding time in the local timezone (EST). No refunds will be given after that time.

Same-Day Rescheduling

If a ticket holder would like to reschedule to a different time slot for the same day of the initial cruise booked, a reschedule is allowed only if initiated at least 4 hours before the initial boarding time in the local timezone (EST) and is subject to availability. No rescheduling will be allowed after that time.

• HAVE A GOOD TIME!
• No outside food and beverage. The Moonlight offers a full-service concessions stand onboard.
• Two restrooms on board
• We provide tables and chairs.
• The MoonLight is Smoke-Free vessel during our tour and sightseeing cruises. Designated smoking areas are available only on select specialty cruises.
• Fireworks of any kind are prohibited on our vessels
• No pets or animals are allowed on any of our motorized vessels, with the sole exception of service animals.
• Life jackets for ALL passengers and crew are provided.
• Please contact us for special boarding needs or concerns during cruises.
• No weapons of any kind are allowed onboard the MoonLight Vessel and strictly prohibited
• All bags are subject to security screening and/or random inspection.
• Only certified service animals are allowed. For more information, please review our animal policy.

Please Note: Our tours DO NOT LAND ON OR DOCK AT ANY PARTS OF STATUE OR ELLIS ISLANDS. Your ticket constitutes admission aboard the MoonLight Vessel for a sightseeing cruise which stops within a few hundred feet in front of the Statue of Liberty for photo opportunities.
